Valentine's Day

My darling angel surprised me with a mani-pedi appointment yesterday for Valentine's! We met up downtown and bussed to West Van. The whole time we were walking to my "surprise" destination I kept wondering about all the stores we were passing.

"Hmm travel agency! Yeah right, not yet...hmmm..."

Then I saw a nail salon and thought, "Aww we could get mani's together!" And in we walked. But he chose to not get one this time. For the first time I finally got a mani-pedi combo. I usually only get my nails done, and they're always acrylic or gel. This time I got to sit in a nice fancy chair and have my feet massaged and stuff and my toes and nails done a sparkly electric blue. Tim suggested that colour actually. =)

I made him cupcakes and failed at decorating them with the crappy icing tube but they still tasted fabulous!
He said no girl has ever baked/cooked for him so he really appreciated it. Gaaahhh I miss him already. Just listening to the mixed cd he made for me with songs with my name in it or songs that remind him of me.

I'm happy to say I can now enjoy Valentine's Day. Yeah, I'm a sap. A happy, happy sap =)
