another day on the strip

day 3 - Monday Dec 22:

We woke up early to have the complimentary continental breakfast offered by the hotel. Then went back to our room. I fell back asleep because it was still really early, like round 8am. Shiiit, back home I was sleeping in till 2 or 3pm! hahahaha

When I woke up from my morning nap hahaha we went back to the mall near us, Miracle Mile Shops, and had lunch at a place called Cheeseburger. It was Hawaiian themed and I had shrimp rolled in coconut, and seasoned fries. Mmmm it was so good.

After lunch we started heading down the strip towards Mandalay Bay to see the Shark Reef Aquarium. On the way though we took many detours and hit up a bunch of different hotels and took lots of photos every where. We went to M&M's world and got lots of photos, and M&M's. Then we went to New York-New York Hotel & Casino and my sibs and I rode the Manhatten Express Rollercoaster! It was the best rollercoaster I've ever been on! I almost cried, I thought I was gonna die. I'm terrified of heights but I lovelovelove rollercoasters. It was totally like nothing I've ever experienced. The loop was insane. I sat with my brother who was hilarious because he was yelling along with me the whole time, except he kept saying FUCK while I was just screaming like a girl and yelling AHH.

Finally we ended up at Mandalay Bay via the tram at Excalibur. The shark reef aquarium was fun. We got to bring this audio remote that told us info aboutt the different displays everytime you punch a number in. My family got a picture taken and we got three photos with three different backgrounds printed, and a Shark Reef frame! Very tourist-y. I think we most likely got something similar when we went to Disneyland.

day 4 - Tues Dec 23:

Woke up early and tried to head out towards the Fashion Outlet, except we never made it. We kinda got confused. ahah HOWEVER--We found a WalMart supercenter and got a GPS so we wouldn't get lost. We headed back to our hotel to drop off our groceries and stuff and to print off the addresses of a couple of outlets. We finally made it to the Fashion Outlet but it wasn't all that great, imo. The one store I was excited for was of course, Forever 21, but it wasn't like there were any amazing deals or anything. I did find a jacket I really like, and I also picked up a scarf and long gloves. I still really need a bag and boots. At Juicy Couture everything was 50% off, so this one bag I liked would've been $96 plus tax. I knew if I bought it I'd have practically nothing left. I mentioned it to my mom and she almost (it seemed) offered to buy it for me. But it didn't feel right since she was already buying my sister tons of crap (she spent all her money on the first day) so I just said, Whatever, it's too expensive.

Back in the hotel now, getting ready to eat.
