walking in a winter wonderland

I had a long productive day on Saturday. It began with a much needed hot shower. :) Then I had a quick bite to eat and then packed my bags and  headed to UO to buy a gift. The Rio crew is doing a Secret Santa gift exchange that will be taking place at our staff party on Monday.

After I found the perfect gift, I headed over to West Van to study for Phil217 with Tim. Surprisingly enough, we managed to get through 9 out of 11 questions, which was good enough for me 'cause by the end of it I got really tired and just wanted to watch Love Actually. I started off strong but eventually fell asleep towards the end, only because I was so comfy there and I had already seen it so it was no big deal. 

Heading home was crazy! I didn't realize it had been snowing. Even though it was just flurries it was kind of a nuisance, walking against the snow and having it wet my glasses and some how get into my eyes as well. I like snow but I hate being cold and I hate having my glasses fog up. I also do not enjoy falling onto my ass as a result of snow. Luckily that didn't happen.
