fresh look: "poison ivy"

The title of this post refers to two things:

1) my new hair colour, and

2) my FreshLook contacts that will be shipped to me tomorrow! BY12PM! YAY FEDEX+CLEARLYCONTACTS.CA!

Okay, so the first day I went out with my new hair was Tuesday and I happened to be dressed in all black, with red leather boots and a green faux leather purse. Seeing all the red and green together brought the villain Poison Ivy from Batman to mind for some reason. Then that night I changed my screen name to Poison Ivy. It's stuck with me since, and thus I've adopted it as a new persona of sorts. Furthermore, I recently ran out of my Dailies and have been surviving on the last few pairs of my Acuvue Oasys 2-week contacts. And as I've always wanted to try coloured contacts, I finally got around to checking ClearlyContacts.ca for my options. In the end, I ordered FreshLook Colors (Opaques) contacts! 

And of course I had to choose green. :) EEP! I can't wait for my package to arrive! Once I receive  it I'm going to head over to the bf's to chill for the day before I head over to Jayson's birthday house partaaaayyyy.
